Quiet Sunrise

Sunrise on the Sea of Galilee is spectacular. Rising over the Golan Heights, the sun begins to make its entrance over the peaks at about 6 a.m. most of the year (earlier in the summer months). The reflections on the water are beautiful.

What makes seeing a sunrise on the Sea of Galilee so special is that Jesus saw these Himself! The same sun He put into place rose each morning without fail. On occasion, the Gospels tells us that Jesus got up early to pray. When He did, the sun warmly greeted him.

A sunrise is a great time to read God’s Word and spend time with God in prayer.

Sunrises on the Sea of Galilee are spectacular in every way!”
This short video teaching below captures a nice but not the best sunrise. There are much better ones than these. Yet, it was a special time of quite reflection.
By the way, while this video below does not include any drone footage of this site, we have produced a resource that does. In fact, you will see a dramatic sunrise on the Sea of Galilee from a drone perspective!
The video we produced is called Biblical Israel By Air. In August (next month!) you will be able to purchase a copy of Biblical Israel By Air from our web site: www.biblicalisraeltours.com. It will be available in a DVD format (720 resolution), Thumb Drive (1920 x 1080 resolution), and eventually by download. Also coming in the future for download only will be drone video of the individual sites covered in Biblical Israel By Air video. Stay tuned!
We also invite you to join one of our upcoming trips as well! Stay tuned for updates too!
In the meantime, enjoy the sunrise.
