Description
This is a short drone video resource of the biblical site of Beth Shean. It is an expanded drone perspective taken from the master drone video project called Biblical Israel by Air compiled and narrated by Dr. John DeLancey, Director of Biblical Israel Ministries & Tours.
This video features footage of the massive Roman city that was built here. Scythopolis was the name of the city in Roman times. It was one of the ten cities of the Decapolis. The Old Testament site is also seen. This is where the body of King Saul was taken after he died on Mt. Gilboa close by (1 Sam. 31).
